COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Naval Ship Systems 2584205 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Nord products, including obsoleted and phased-out Nexen parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Nsk product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Nord such as the 19011910 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the BCB275 manufactured by Nexen and we are pleased to be able to service most Nexen systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 6215DDUC3E by Manufacturer Nsk as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Oriental-Motor Brand 4GK90K in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Ntn such as 6016ZZ equipment made by Ntn have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Ntn products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Ntn" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available SRF536049858482BCCU made by Pacific-Scientific as well as the popular 3A25SQ114HK original spares produced by Power-Components Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the PNPS115010102SH by Parker and 6016ZZ spares by Ntn are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 50205002 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Northrop-Grumman. |
